Lurpak® 125 Good Food Vault
Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion, the promoter and the administrator
1.1 The Lurpak® 125 Good Food Vault (the “Event”) is a free immersive dining experience taking place on Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th October 2026 at Kachette, 347 Old Street, Shoreditch, London EC1V 9LP.
1.2 The promoter is Arla Foods Limited (company number 02143253), Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park, Leeds, LS10 1AB (“the Promoter”).
1.3 The Event and this promotion are administered on the Promoter's behalf by ZEAL Creative Limited, registered address Tomorrow, MediaCityUK, Manchester M50 2AB, company number 08949923 (“the Administrator”).
1.4 There are 125 places available in total across all sittings. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
1.5 Places at the Event are not allocated at random; they are awarded on the basis set out in clause 4. Entrants who are not awarded a place are entered into a separate prize draw for a hamper, as set out in clause 5.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
2.2 Entrants must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
2.3 Employees, agents and contractors of Arla Foods Limited and ZEAL Creative Limited, their group companies, and anyone else professionally connected with the Event, together with their immediate families, are not eligible.
2.4 One entry per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first will be considered. Entries submitted in bulk, by automated means, or by a third party on an entrant's behalf will be disqualified.
3. How to enter
3.1 To enter, complete the registration form at Lurpak125event.co.uk, providing the information requested including your name, age, email address, mobile number, the three sittings you are available to attend, the number of places you are requesting, your dietary requirements, and your response to the question “What is your favourite good food moment?” (your “Submission”).
3.2 Entries open at 09:00 BST on Wednesday 9th September 2026 and close at 17:00 BST on Sunday 27th September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
3.3 An entrant may request a maximum of two places in a single entry. Where two places are requested, both are allocated together to the same sitting and both attendees must meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2.
3.4 Entrants must select at least one and no more than three sittings they are available to attend.
3.5 Submitting an entry does not guarantee a place. Entrants will receive an automated email confirming receipt; that email confirms entry only and is not a ticket or a confirmed place.
3.6 Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator is responsible for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or not received for reasons outside their reasonable control.
4. How places at the Event are awarded
4.1 Places are not allocated at random. Every eligible entry will be read and assessed against the following criterion:
- a genuine enthusiasm for food and for good food moments, as demonstrated in the Submission.
4.2 Submissions are not assessed on spelling, grammar or writing ability, and there is no minimum length. The form accepts up to 1,000 characters.
4.3 Assessment will be carried out by a panel comprising members of the Administrator's community management team together with one independent judge, who is not an employee, agent or contractor of the Promoter or the Administrator and has no personal connection to any entrant.
4.4 Successful entrants will be contacted by email and/or SMS using the details provided at entry, by Monday 28th September 2026.
4.5 Successful entrants will be allocated one sitting (up to two places per sitting), selected by the Administrator from the availability given at entry. No particular date or time can be guaranteed, and preferences beyond the availability submitted cannot be accommodated. Once all 125 places have been allocated, no further places are available, however many eligible entries are received.
4.6 Places are personal to the successful entrant, non-transferable, and have no cash alternative or equivalent.
4.7 Successful entrants must confirm attendance and dietary requirements when contacted. A place may be reallocated to a reserve entrant where a successful entrant does not respond to reasonable attempts to make contact, or where attendance cannot be confirmed, up to 48 hours before the relevant sitting.
4.8 A successful entrant who can no longer attend should notify the Administrator as soon as possible at info@lurpak125event.co.uk so the place can be offered to another entrant. Places cannot be moved to a different sitting.
4.9 The names and counties of successful entrants will be available on request from the Administrator for seven days after the closing date, unless the entrant objects.
5. The hamper prize draw
5.1 Entrants who are not awarded a place at the Event, and who do not attend the Event, are entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of three Lurpak® 125 Anniversary hampers. Entry is automatic: there is nothing to opt into, no further action is required, and no separate entry is possible. Eligibility is determined at the date of the draw, so an entrant who is offered a place from the reserve list and attends the Event is not eligible.
5.2 There are three hampers available to be won. Each hamper contains one limited-edition Lurpak® 125 tote bag, one branded tea towel, one branded t-shirt, and a voucher to redeem a free pack of Lurpak. T&Cs for the coupon will be detailed on the back of the coupon.
5.3 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants by computer process, on 23rd October 2026.
5.4 Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry, within five working days of the draw. Winners will be asked to provide proof of ID and UK delivery address in order to receive their hamper.
5.5 Hampers will be posted to the address provided by 14th November 2026. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
5.6 The Promoter will make at least two attempts to contact each winner using the details provided at entry: the initial notification, and a reminder sent no fewer than seven days later. Where a winner does not respond, or does not provide a valid UK delivery address, within 14 days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entrants
5.7 The hampers are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a hamper, or any item within it, for an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary.
6. What a place includes
6.1 A confirmed place includes entry to one sitting, a non-alcoholic welcome drink, a four-course tasting menu, and one piece of limited-edition Lurpak® 125 merchandise.
6.2 The Event is alcohol-free. No alcohol will be served or available for purchase at the venue.
6.3 A place does not include travel, accommodation, or any other cost. Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator is responsible for costs incurred in connection with the Event, including where it is changed or cancelled.
6.4 Merchandise is subject to availability; an item of equal or greater value may be substituted.
7. Attendance
7.1 The Event is strictly for those aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification confirming date of birth may be required on arrival. Accepted forms are a passport, a UK or EU photocard driving licence, or a PASS-accredited proof of age card. Admission may be refused where satisfactory identification is not provided.
7.2 Attendees should arrive 15 minutes before the start time stated on their confirmation.
7.3 Sittings run consecutively and the menu is served in sequence. Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes after the start time stated on their confirmation may not be admitted, and no admission is possible more than 30 minutes after the start time. Where admission is refused for late arrival, no alternative sitting or compensation is available.
7.4 Attendees must comply with venue rules, staff safety instructions and emergency procedures.
7.5 Admission may be refused, or an attendee removed, where they fail to comply with these terms or venue rules, or where their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, discriminatory or unlawful, or where they appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Harassment, discrimination and violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
7.6 Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator is liable for property lost, stolen or damaged at the venue.
8. Food, allergens and dietary requirements
8.1 The Event is a set four-course tasting menu. Every dish is designed, prepared and portioned in advance of each sitting, and the same menu is served to all attendees at that sitting.
8.2 Because the menu is prepared in advance, dietary requirements and allergies cannot be accommodated on the day of the Event. No alternative, substitute or adapted dishes can be provided at the venue.
8.3 It is the entrant's responsibility to tell us about dietary requirements and allergies in advance, accurately and in full. This applies to the entrant's own requirements and to those of any guest included in their entry. Requirements must be provided:
- (a) in the dietary section of the registration form when entering; and
- (b) again when confirming a place, if the entrant is selected.
8.4 Dietary requirements and allergies must be notified, or amended, no later than ten days before the sitting the attendee is due to attend. Requirements notified after that deadline, or raised for the first time on arrival, cannot be accommodated.
8.6 Where a notified requirement cannot be accommodated, the attendee will be told before the Event so that they can decide whether they wish to attend. No compensation or alternative is payable where an attendee decides not to attend for this reason.
8.7 Attendees must still make a member of staff aware of any allergy on arrival, so that it can be checked against the information already provided.
9. Changes and cancellation
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, format, menu or content of the Event, or to cancel it, where reasonably necessary. Affected entrants and attendees will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
9.2 Neither the Promoter nor the Administrator is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, industrial action, transport disruption, government action, public health measures, or unavailability of the venue.
9.3 These terms may be amended, or the promotion withdrawn, where reasonably necessary including for legal or regulatory reasons. Changes will be posted at Lurpak125event.co.uk.
10. Photography and filming
10.1 The Event will be photographed, filmed and recorded by or on behalf of the Promoter. Attendees may appear in that material, which may be used by Arla Foods Limited and Lurpak® in social media, marketing and PR content, without further payment.
10.2 Professional photography, filming or recording equipment may not be used without the Promoter's prior written consent.
11. Submissions and intellectual property
11.1 Entrants retain ownership of their Submission.
11.2 By entering, entrants grant the Promoter permission to read and assess their Submission for the purposes of clause 4.
11.3 The Promoter may wish to publish, quote or otherwise use a Submission in marketing, social media or PR content. Where it does, it will contact the entrant and obtain their agreement before any such use, and will agree how the entrant is to be credited.
11.4 The Promoter may refer to Submissions in aggregate or general terms, without quoting or identifying any individual entrant.
11.5 All content presented at the Event, including materials and branding, remains the property of Arla Foods Limited or the respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Liability
12.1 Attendees attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety.
12.2 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12.3 Subject to clause 12.2, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator is liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from entry to the promotion or attendance at the Event.
12.4 Nothing in these terms affects an entrant's statutory rights as a consumer.

13.2 The lawful basis for processing entry data is the Promoter's legitimate interests in operating this promotion and the Event.
13.4 Dietary and allergy information may reveal information about health. It is processed only with the entrant's explicit consent, solely to plan and safely deliver the Event, and is deleted seven days after the Event. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, though requirements may then not be capable of being met.
