It's a free, immersive dining experience celebrating 125 years of Lurpak®. Over two hours you'll travel through the decades across a four-course tasting menu themed around four moments in time, from 1901 to 2026. It runs across three days in October at Kachette in Shoreditch, and only 125 people will be granted access.

Nothing. The experience, the food and the merchandise are all free — you'll only need to cover your own travel to and from the venue.

Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th October 2026, at Kachette, 347 Old Street, Shoreditch, London EC1V 9LP. There are sittings across all three days.

Two hours from start to finish. With check-in fifteen minutes beforehand, allow around 2 hrs, 15 mins in total.

Fill in the form on this page before 17:00 BST on Sunday 27th September 2026, telling us which sittings you could make and sharing your favourite good food moment. Places are not guaranteed — there are only 125 seats available.

Every entry is read, this isn't a random draw. We're looking for the people who would get the most out of a night celebrating 125 years of Lurpak, so tell us about a food moment that genuinely means something to you. The entries that show real love for good food are the ones that get places.

An honest one. It doesn't need to be long or clever — the example on the form is one sentence about beans on buttery toast. We're interested in what good food actually means to you, not in how well you write.

You must be 18 or over and a resident of the UK. Employees of Arla Foods and ZEAL Creative, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

Yes - request two places when you enter and we'll treat it as one entry for the two of you. If you're selected, both places are confirmed together for the same sitting; they can't be split across different days or times. Everyone attending must be 18 or over with valid ID.

Not at the entry stage. If you're selected, we'll ask you to confirm both names when we get in touch, and those names will need to match on arrival.

We recommend selecting more than one to widen your chances. If you're selected, you'll be given one sitting only — not all the sessions you selected.

Up to three. If you're selected, you will automatically be given one of those sessions and cannot automatically transfer to another slot.

Possibly. The good food moments people send us are the best part of the entries, and we may want to share some of them across Lurpak's social channels. If we'd like to use yours, we'll get in touch and ask you first — and we'll agree with you how you'd like to be credited. We won't quote you without checking.

Everyone who enters will receive an immediate email confirming we've received your entry. We'll then contact everyone with the outcome by Friday 2nd October 2026.

No. That email only confirms we've received your entry. If you're selected, you'll get a separate email confirming your allocated sitting — that's the one that gets you in.

One of the sittings you told us you were available for. We can't guarantee which one, and we can't take preferences beyond the availability you gave us.

No. Sittings are allocated from the availability you gave us and capacity is fixed, so we can't offer swaps once you've been allocated a session.

No — places are non-transferable and are allocated to the people named on the entry.

Please tell us as soon as you can at info@lurpak125event.co.uk. Places are limited and there's a waiting list, so letting us know means someone else gets to go. We'll be in touch to reconfirm attendance closer to the date, and we may need to release your place if we can't reach you.

You'll be entered into a prize draw to win a Lurpak® 125 Anniversary hamper.

No - if you're not offered a place at the Vault, you're entered automatically.

At random, unlike the places at the Vault. There will be five hampers in total and the draw will take place on the 23rd October. The winner will then be notified by email and posted the hamper by the 14th November.

Hoxton (Windrush line) is the closest station, about a five-minute walk. Shoreditch High Street (Windrush line) is around seven minutes, and Old Street (Northern line and Great Northern services) is around ten.

If you need a step-free route, use Hoxton or Shoreditch High Street — both have step-free access to the platforms. Old Street does not have step-free access and has no lifts, so it's not a suitable route if you can't manage stairs or escalators. There is no parking at the venue.

15-minutes before the start time on your confirmation, so there's plenty of time to check in.

Five minutes before the sitting starts is the cut off to arrive. The menu is sequenced and sittings run back-to-back, so unfortunately we cannot admit you if you don’t arrive at least 5-minutes before, preferably 15-minutes so you have plenty of time to check-in.

No. The Vault is alcohol-free, and there'll be non-alcoholic refreshments throughout.

Yes. We'll be filming and photographing at some sittings for Lurpak's social and marketing channels. Let a team member know at check-in if you'd rather not appear and we'll do our best to keep you out of shot.

Arla Foods Limited decides how your information is used for this event. ZEAL Creative Limited runs the event and handles your details on Arla's instructions, and can't use them for anything else.

To run the event: reading entries and selecting attendees, allocating sittings, planning the menu around dietary needs, managing attendance on the day, and running the hamper draw.

All data is deleted 60 days after the event.

So the kitchen can plan a menu you can eat safely. Allergy and dietary information counts as health information, so we treat it more carefully than the rest — we only use it to plan and deliver the event, we never put it in emails or analytics, and it's deleted seven days afterwards. You can withdraw it any time by contacting us, though we may not be able to cater for you at the event if you do.
